• First game with Cap City is FREE, $10/game after that 
• We provide jerseys, just bring black shorts/kilt, mouth guard, goggles, and your stick
• We provide as many playing opportunities as we can participants! No practices, just games played by women's post-collegiate USL rules. Playing time and positions are up to you! 
• Plan for post game food and drinks–we like to know our team!
